Residenza Le Spiagge Apartment - Sperlonga

My partner, I and our 4 months year old girl spent a week at this residence in June. It is a brand new complex with all comforts in the apartment, parking and bbq area. Very clean and comfortable. The location is good, even if a bit far away from city center. The only thing that was disappointing is the walk to the beach - it is promised 150 meters from it, but in reality you have to walk all the way around almost 800 meters, that with a stroller, baby and all the bags and it was quite a trouble.

Too many flies in balcony ( probably from the orange farm across the street ) every time we tried to eat there. There should be central place within premises where to put trash you generate over the week of stay. Instruction to take the trash to a city depository outside the premises was a bit weird - especially since that depository requires you to separate different kinds of waste such as plastic from food etc ( which I find Ok as such ) but the kitchen trash bin did not support the process nor was there any info about that in the residence itself.

We stayed at Hotel Residence La Spiagge for 4 nights in September. The owners were very welcoming and would go out of their way to help you. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very well equipped including all that you might need for while on holiday. We would certainly go back again, it was very comfortable, close enough to the beach and competitively priced.

The location was great, just a short a walk to beach and shops and restaurants. The apt is small but well equipped and very tastefully decorated in a coastal style with a lovely bathroom and bedroom with very comfortable bed. There was a small bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome which was a nice touch. The location is a quiet residential area and the complex has gates that are opened and closed with a remote control . The price is very good and great value for what you get. I would definitely go back and stay there.

The only thing negative for me was that the bed was not made up and the sheets were not ironed and were damp so I had to iron them dry before putting them on the bed.

There is a lemon garden just behind the hotel yard, no other buildings block the view of the mountains. Large underground parking.

Cosy and modern furnished apartments. Large, bright room with a large balcony. Quiet evenings are very pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the mountains. Convenient parking. A large playground. Friendly staff. The beach, shops, town center in 10 minutes of peaceful walks away. We are very grateful to the owner Barbara for the warm welcome and help in all situations. Recommend these apartments.

I do recommend this hotel, quiet place, not so far to beautiful beach with great view.A lot of space around, playground for kids, many amenities and joyful staff!!

The flat was really spacious, clean and modernly furbish. Barbara , the owner of the hotel was really helpful. In the first night we were cold because the weather changed and she immediately brought us some blankets. After that, my son got ill and miraculously she managed to find me a doctor after 5 minutes I called her. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were very pleased with the residence. It was clean and very comfortable (shower was a bit small but expected in Italy). A great place to stay with a great price! Barbara and her staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone asking for a place between Rome and Naples. Recommended!

The apartment is specious and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Cordial family-based staff, cheap but very fine accomodation: it is not a room but a well furnished apartment in a new residence with a separate bedroom; free internal parking, large balcony with table to eat, good value for money. Very good family accomodation.

The sofa-bed (for two extra-persons) was too big, when opened, with respect to the living room size: to use the table and the balcony we were forced to strip down the bed every morning.

So lovely to find a dog friendly place just moments from the beach! A comfortable base with thoughtful little extras (like the complimentary bottle of bubbly in the fridge) and a wonderfully comfortable bed - great after a windswept day on the out-of-season sands. Barbara and her partner were super-helpful and my dog had a fab time too. We'll definitely be returning.

Everything. Well equipped, large, clean apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, Fridge freezer, Iron, Ironing board. Lovely large balcony with large table and chairs and a clothes airer. The beach was a short walk away but it appears a pathway is in the process of being built to make it easier to get to the beach. Umbrella and beach beds available which was excellent. Free Wifi available in reception at the moment but there are plans to make it available to all rooms. Sperlonga is a beautiful town and the beach is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Barbara cannot wait to come back thank you :-)
